“THIS WAS ONE OF THE NICEST HOTELS I HAVE BEEN IN IN TH DR. RUEBEN AND HIS STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL.ROOMS WERE CLEAN,FOOD WAS GREAT, AND AMBIANCE WAS IMPECCABLE. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.”

“Safe broke, constantly had to fix rook key, no hot water, snack bar food was old and always gross they don’t refresh it. Can’t book reservations for dinner before u check in and thy were all booked so could only eat buffet went to management and they were no help. Cheap resort gross alcohol”

“I chose this hotel because it presents itself as a luxury resort, with rates around $400 per night. Unfortunately, the quality of the room and the overall condition of the property did not meet what would reasonably be expected at that price point. The main curtain in my room was covered in visible paint stains and remained that way throughout my stay. “We spent most of our time relaxing at the condo. We did not rent a car because drivers are crazy. the taxi stand was convenient but almost got hit by a motorcycle because most drivers seem to think it's more important to get where they are going than following traffic laws. It was fun watching the kite surfers. The restaurant right next door was good and reasonable. No credit cards so get plenty of Dominican Pesos. “Really nice resort, all inclusive!! Beach was very clear and staff were very friendly”

“The room was nasty, roaches all over the desk and tv console & the bathroom as well. The only reason we stayed is because we had no car to leave. We barely slept & kept waking up to kill roaches. We kept our clothes and toiletries in our suitcases. The shower was full of previous guest hair and moldy. The excuse from the front desk was that this room had been blocked and they gave it to us anyway. Unacceptable!!! We did like the restaurant staff, food was ok views were nice from that area. ”
