「This hotel was fantastic! Only 5 mins walk to the main area in Berat. We had the best stay here, the room was sooo spacious and impeccable. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We had problems starting our hire car, and the receptionist was on the phone within a minute to find someone to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Berat. 5 stars」

「No parking, again it is a Expedia disease, to lie and exaggerate about their listings . Fed up of “only one room left “ No elevator, no receptionist on arrival. Useless if you have a vehicle; are elderly; or disabled. The view from the breakfast room is amazing. No coffee at breakfast , it comes from next door. Location is very good」

「Lovely lady on reception was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us especially when our transport for an excursion didn’t turn up. She helped us contact them and sorted it out. Very friendly. The rooms were very clean. Had a lovely view of the pool.」
