「A stunning place to stay!!! The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view.....SPECTACULAR!!It was such a treat to walk into the village centre for some scrumptious food and the best gelato we've ever tasted!The hosts were incredibly helpful with the whole check-in and out process. 「Très belle villa sur les hauteurs du Lac de Côme ce qui permet de gagner quelques degrés quand il fait très chaud comme celà a été le cas.La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée en lits, salles de bain, frigos, vaisselle et accessoires ménagers.Petite piscine utile pour se rafraichir et qui fait la joie des enfants.Points d'amélioration: éclairage extérieur aussi bien sur la terrasse que dans le jardin. La cuisine est un peu petite, mais il n'y a pas grand chose à faire...Betty est une hôtesse...

"Actually, I booked a two-night stay on hotels from March 31st to April 2nd, but due to personal reasons, I only stayed for one night and then checked out. The hotel told me that the night I didn't stay could not be refunded, which I can understand and accept. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel charged me again. At that time, I thought that hotels plateform only deducted the money for one night, so I paid by credit card for another night. Now the situation is that I only stayed for one night, but they charged me for three nights and refuse to give back the repaid amount to me with no explanation. I write down my experience in this hotel on the hotels APP to warn future travelers to pay attention to their front desk routines."
