不满意：清洁度
PROS: The property was very beautiful and had a lot of privacy. The owner, Nicole was very responsive and her property manager was very helpful and checked in a lot. The lizards in the house were fun and seemed to help keep the bugs down a bit. There were enough dishes and silverware for 4 people. The fridge was large enough to put all of our groceries in. CONS: The place was not clean. There was food, dirt and dead bugs on the floor when we arrived. I took a cup out of the cupboard and something had laid eggs in it. The window was left open in one of the bedrooms so the house had mosquitoes when we arrived. The shower curtains, sheets and towels had rust or blood spots on them. The bottom of the shower had hair, dirt and plastic wrappers in it and the drains were slow so you shower in standing water. There was what looked like blood on the floor in one of the bedrooms. You couldn't set anything down on the table or counter for more than 30 seconds without ants getting into it. I killed a large spider in the couch and there were 2.5 inch long cockroaches. Lighting/electrical: not enough lighting for the space and burned out fixtures. There wasn't enough lighting in the bathroom to shave by or put on makeup. The house requires power converters that are very loud when operating, in inconvenient appliances like the bedroom lamps.The laundry room smells like chemicals and mold and the door is broken and has to be tied shut or it makes the house stink.
