“Great hotel but hard to find.”

“La struttura è difficile da trovare, visto che non ha alcuna insegna e si trova un po' nascosta. La gentilezza dei proprietari è veramente incredibile. L'unica pecca, una manutenzione un po' trascurata, cosa che comunque non pregiudica la pulizia e la comodità.”

“Beautiful house with a beautifully roof top. Friendly and helpful staff. I was allowed to stay in the room as I had to change my flight to late evening. Located in Medina which I like a lot. I will stay here again if I go to Tunis again. ”

“Auch wenn die Gassen um das Hotel herum etwas verlassen wirken, liegt das Hotel doch sehr günstig und fussläufig zum belebten Teil der Medina und zum Place de la Kasbah. In 100m Entfernung liegen sehr gute Imbissmöglichkeiten (Malfouf, Pizza). Hotel bietet typisch tunesisches Frühstück. Es gab Baguette, Croissants, Pain au Chocolat und diverse tunesische Süssgebäcke. Löslicher Kaffee als einzige kaffeeoption etwas enttäuschend. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir bekamen gute……

“The room smells strange and strong like some very string cleaning chemicals and the staff thats infront of the door outside is rude and needs to be changed ”

“The staff are generally very nice especially the maid preparing breakfast to us, she is very attentive. The properties is inside an alleys, you may not able to park the car in the alleys, someone with very high skill in maneuvering car in alleys may find it ok. The wifi is not connected to our room, it serves in the common living room where you have breakfast. Also, you need to ring the bell of main door to gain entry, it is not common to other dwelling. ”

“The hotel is opposite a bar, and there was an argument at 1:00 AM that lasted over half an hour without any police intervention, which kept us awake.”

“The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door. ”
