On the ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen-size bed) (three single beds), bathroom/WC with disabled access. Wi-Fi. 150 m² private enclosed garden with terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, two deckchairs). Covered multi-jet spa, private access (included from May to September and €100/week outside of this period). Shared: heated swimming pool (3.6x9.6m), open from May to September. Fishing pontoon on site, accessible to disabled people.
Upon request, the La Bourrine and La Pibole gites can be rented together. Four other gites are also available on site. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; Single bed rental: €10/bed/stay; Double bed linen: €15/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charge: Tourist tax, electric heating fee: €10/day (payable on site).
Pets: €3.50/day/pet. Tourism and Disabilities label for 4 disabilities: Mental, Physical, Visual, and Hearing.
At the traffic lights, in the village of Soullans, head towards Le Perrier. At the Calvary (cross) on the left, turn onto this road, continue along the road (approximately 3 km), take the bend on the right, and then turn right (signposted Les Rochelles). Then, take the first road on the right (dead end).
