「Great view」

「Great, courteous staff. Overlooking a private beach. 2 good sized outdoor pool (didnt use as too cold in Nov) Food was great with all-inclusive. Great of them to upgrade from half-board. Rooms felt very basic for a 5 star. The shampoo and body wash was empty. 」

「Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.」

「Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.」
