So glad we chose this hotel. All staff are amazing and work extremely hard to help all the hotel guests. They go above and beyond and deserve full recognition. Entertainment is great for families with children. Lollipop entertainer is very good with children and what a very generous touch to give children presents!! Most exceptional buffet I have seen outside of Dubai. Food is fresh, healthy, with a vast variety of options to cater for all. Food cooked fresh in front of you or on day. Walking around hotel is safe and private access to beach is secure. Overall no security concerns, very well guarded since the appalling 2015 attack. Felt completely safe and can see the hotel industry bouncing back with effort Jaz Tour Khalef and surrounding hotels have achieved. Highly recommend.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.

Déçu, mauvaise expérience
Hôtel parfaitement situé, embelli de verdure et très calme parce que vide. Propreté et confort qui laissent à désirer. Le personnel est très inactif et sourd aux clients. Le restaurant est lamentable et gagnerait à être un peu plus propre et les serveurs plus minutieux. Un bel exemple d’un hôtel très mal tenu. J’espère que mon feedback sera utilisé afin d’améliorer la qualité des services et des prestations et permettre à l’hôtel de progresser.

Hôtel à fuir et degueulasse
Nous avons pris la chambre et nous avons regretté. L’hôtel est vraiment très très sale. Dès que je suis rentré dans la chambre, l odeur m a fait vomir. Le matelas est de mauvaise qualité. La moquette et les rideaux avait plein de taches. Les boutons d ascenceur étaient arrachés. Les équipements sont bas de gamme. Nous avons retrouvé des bouteilles d’alcool et de la nourriture dans le couloir. Nous avons quitté l hôtel sans même y avoir dormi tellement que c’était deguelasse quitte à ne pas être remboursé. Le personnel de l hôtel n’a pas voulu nous rembourser la nuit cela aurait été la moindre des choses mais bon pas grave nous ne sommes pas à 100e près. Je préfère perdre l’argent que de tomber malade du Covid. D’ailleurs, ce jour ci, nous sommes plusieurs a avoir pris la même décision. J ai pris un autre hôtel 5 étoiles à sousse pourtant moins cher et beaucoup plus propre. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir quitté l hôtel et pris une autre chambre ailleurs. L’argent ça part et ça vient mais la santé ça n’a pas de prix. Cet hôtel n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles. Un 2 étoiles tout au plus. Je vous le déconseille vraiment.

C’était la guerre des transats, au point que certains voyageurs déposaient leurs serviettes dès minuit la veille. Décevant. Nous étions en demi pension et ce qui est abbérent, c’est que les boissons gazeuses et l’eau ne sont pas compris. C’est choquant que l’on nous demande de payer l’eau en espèce sachant que l’eau du robinet n’est pas consommable dans ce pays. Si vous avez un problème dans votre chambre, n’appellez pas la réception, ils ne répondent jamais. Sinon suite confortable et propre.

Très bon séjour en famille. Très bon accueil et professionnalisme d’imed a la réception! Le buffet est correcte et varié mais mieux vaut manger en terrasse pour éviter le côté cantine bruyant Les piscines enfants sont biens car ils ont pieds et avec 3 bassins il y’a pour tous les âges Le côté adulte est plus luxueux avec une piscine à débordement mais tjs ce côté un peu beauf de gens qui réservent leurs emplacements à l’aube malgre L’interdiction De la direction ... Hôtel bien fréquenté, petit bémol sur les animations trop présentes qui donnent un goût de club et qui dévaluent le coté 5 étoiles que veut se donner l’hôtel. La plage est top avce son bar privatisé elle est propre et pas profonde Une coiffeuse est dispo niveau SPA elle est dispo et efficace ça fait du bien en fin de séjour de pouvoir se faire un petit brush’! Inutile de sortir de l hôtel l y a tout ce qu il faut et la zone commerciale autour est sans grand intérêt Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucun souci !

Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht im speisesaal riecht es so wiederlich das einem der Appetit vergeht der Pool ist dreckig und wärmer als die Sonne im Zimmer waren Haare dreckige Handtücher voller make up Ameisen und im Schrank die Etiketten von der Person die vor uns das Zimmer hatte die Getränke hatten kein Sprudel und Wasser zum trinken war ebenfalls warm.
