Petit hôtel propre et bien situé, mais le service est terriblement mauvais. Pour commencer, la réceptionniste se trompe et nous donne des bracelets tout compris soft alors que nous avons précisé que notre réservation était all inclusive. Une deuxième déception suite à l'attitude discriminante des serveurs de la piscine. Nous nous rendons compte le deuxième jour qu'ils ne nous ont pas fourni les cartes pour les serviettes de plage lors du check in. Et pour finir en beauté, un agent de sécurité nous toque a la porte de notre chambre et demande de quitter la chambre et faire le check out à 11h45 avec un ton décent alors que notre réservation indiquait 12h30. Suite à notre plainte le dernier jour, la même réceptionniste nous dit qu'il est normal de subir cette discrimination parce que nous sommes tunisiens.....

Great property, great views, great beach, very good food, but some small improvements would make it even better. A/C in the hallways especially the top floor is vital in the summer heat, also common sense hospitality training could be improved as some staff members seem to have difficulty with normal, formal greetings

hôtel parfait pour ceux qui veulent : se reposer (adults only+ activités discrètes),..bien manger (qualité des repas exquise)...visiter (situation Sousse centrale) Ne pas s'arrêter à l'architecture non ostentatatoire du lieu, le vrai chic est dans les petits détails qui font la différence .

チェックインやチェックアウト時のレセプションでの対応がとても良かった。スタッフはフレンドリーで、応対も丁寧で良く教育されている印象を受けた。朝食、昼食も良かったが、特に夕食の内容が前日とは大きく変わる点に驚かされた。料理の種類も豊富で、味付けはどれも美味しく、チュニジアの料理もいろいろと楽しめた。夜のビーチパーティもとても楽しかった。部屋は全室オーシャンビュー、セキュリティもしっかりしており、アダルトオンリーのため、雰囲気も落ち着いていて非常に満足した滞在だった。また泊まりたいと思うホテルだった。

I have been accommodated in a Suite Superior, Without Balcony, Partial Sea-view.I don´t recommend this room to anyone.The music show is just in front and every day till 23:30 you can not sleep,read or watch the TV. I spoke with reception and they did not change my room by another one.

Package tours hotel
Stayed 3 nights to explore places near Sousse. Hotel caters to package tours and is fine for that, just not my kind of place but service is really good and everyone is very friendly. The a/c had a strange odor but otherwise comfortable.

Tres beau design accueil gentillesse a l ecoute du client, belle plage calme et service boissob super securite rest style gastronomique sauf dessert trop chocolat en base, manque le citron les mousses variees citron cafe etc sinon rien a dire sauf chambre 1 personne ok pas 2 et pas de baignoire et toilette pas separee tres peu de place trop juste literie ok design peu de placards.

This was a unique Beach Holiday experience. The Hotel is situated on its own stretch of beach, yet you can step outside the gates and walk for miles in either direction for Sousse Medina, shops and bars. However, if you just want to stay within the Hotel your room will be compact yet fresh, modern and well fitted, the food will be first rate with a huge selection of choice available at every meal with inside or outside dining options. The staff and management are very high profile and genuinely make you feel like a valued customer with many personal touches. If I were looking to be picky, I would say the pool towels are far too small, the gym although well equipped wasn’t air conditioned sufficiently and that we were a little disappointed with the Spa and that Expedia customers get a slightly different deal to Tui customers, so no bathrobes, tea & coffee facilities in the room, etc. That said, we'd return to this Hotel without question as its sole aim is to make sure you go home happy and thoroughly chilled!

Calm, great staff, good food
Really calm atmosphere, the buffet food was a good surprise as it was always fresh with a lot of choice and many healthy options. The staff were amazing, really polite and friendly, you could tell they cared about the hotel and it's success. The grounds are immaculate, and the hotel is really clean with lovely toilets!
