“Super clean and perfect for our stay. Communication with host was about the best I have encountered.”

“I had a few snacks like the padlock went defective, but the host was very gracious and made sure that I was still able to access the property with a key. I even needed to extend my stay and they made that happen quickly and easily. I was a little bit, surprised that there was no microwave there so I purchased a new one and left it for the next visitor because I used it a lot. Love the washer and dryer and the king size bed and the really large TV! Nice and cozy would absolutely stay here again.”

“The pictures are dated. All amenities listed are accurate but they’re more worn than the pictures show. The grill only had two burners. The third burner was rusted out. There are limits on the thermostat settings. Not terribly out of line but I like to sleep cold. They want you to keep it 68 or above at night and 72 or above during the day. It is a nice home and we will very likely rent it again. Well worth the money for the location.”

“Just not worth it for the price. Unfortunately it's smaller than it looks via photos, the 2nd bathroom is deep in the basement which is unpractical, and most importantly it has an odor likely due to old carpets and stained furniture. If you're just looking for a good location, this can work. If the owners put some more into new carpets and furniture it would provide a huge benefit to the property. ”

“Friendly, responsive, easy to work with host. Space was clean, beds were comfortable. If you are part of the “big and tall” club, I recommend finding an alternate accommodation because the shower has a relatively narrow opening. ”

“Great communication w/owner. Booked at the last minute as we traveled home to Texas. The home was welcoming with Cold AC, music and light inside the home as we arrived at night. Area/Home reminded us of Ithaca NY. Beautiful property w/wildflowers/garden. 3 grandparents/2 Young adult children. Sister/Husband N Self. Very Clean”
