「My second worse stay ever. Rooms filled with cockroaches and bugs. The cockroaches were crawling all over the room and my rooms light wasn’t working. When I told the front desk staff and showed him the light didn’t work and even showed him a cockroach on the bed, the normal thing for him to do was switch me rooms ! Instead, he just brought a lamp from his office and put it in the corner while he told a staff member to spray where the cockroach was. It wasn’t until I told him to switch me rooms...
