“this Jacobs creek retreet is nothing to do with the wine Jacobs creek. the hotel is located quite far from the major road. room is relatively small. because the houses are very old, and close to the garden. there would have worms on the room floor. barth room is quite dark, though there is a bath tub. garden is very nice. owner is an old couple. “We weren't provided with the check-in info email as was promised.
When we arrived there was no one to attend the front office and no one was picking up the calls either.
The voicemail says "To leave a message please call again "..seriously??
I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night.
