    The Space:

    Welcome to Seatime 2, a highly in-demand oceanfront vacation home located at Holiday Beach, a pristine, beautiful seven-mile stretch of sand and surf that you will feel is your very own private beach. Located just south of Newport, where restaurants, shopping, and ocean activities abound, you will have no shortage of fun activities to choose from. Seatime 2 is newly remodeled inside, with a new porch, upper deck, and fencing. This rental boasts a great view of the ocean and a private fenced pathway to 70 steps down the steep beach stairs to the white sand. This house in South Beach makes for a wonderful large-group escape, boasting an oceanfront location with sea views, a private hot tub, and a dog-friendly attitude. Natural light, cozy rooms, and various forms of entertainment will please guests of every age and interest. The home is also stocked with anything you might need at the beach, including extras such as beach towels and boogie boards.



    This home is located a short walk from a long stretch of sandy beach, which is accessible by a private path and a set of stairs. This stretch of coastline is uncrowded and great for hunting for seashells and driftwood. It's also only a short drive north to Newport, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and popular attractions like the Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Yaquina Head Lighthouse.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    Dogs are not allowed to be left in the home unattended, not even in a crate.

    Non-smoking property. No smoking allowed in the house, no vaping.

    No fireworks allowed anywhere on the property.

    The rental overlooks the owner’s lawn which is not part of the rental property. Please respect the owner's privacy.

    For beach access follow the pathway through the ocean-facing gate around the neighbor's yard to the shared staircase to the beach. Signs on gates for Seatime 2, do not use gates marked private.

Beds were all very comfortable. Close to the beach. The house has a nice layout and a good feel. The hot tub was working and hot. We had an issue with the kitchen sink but the property manager and owner were very responsive and took care of it immediately.

Perfect family getaway

Clean, convenient, and perfectly located beach getaway for our young family. Property owner was so friendly and the home was amazingly well kept and stocked for our short stay. We loved the views and the close walk to the beach as well as the close drive to Newport. The home itself was gorgeous! We would absolutely stay here again.

This property provided plenty of room for our family. It was cozy and clean. The view was amazing and especially loved the access to the beach! Newport was very close by to go and play and eat. Would recommend to stay here and would love to come again.

Perfect house for our large family and fur babies!

The location of the home was perfect for going into Newport to eat and be tourists and the semi-private beach allowed for us to feel very comfortable letting the teens and kids roam and explore. The inside of the home was top notch - incredibly comfortable beds, ample appliances and a full coffee bar. The hosts thought of everything and our very practiced in hospitality.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully situated with amazing views. Just a short drive from Newport and all the activities. The beds were comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. I wish every house was like this one. The main living and kitchen is upstairs so you will get a little workout, but you'll get one going to the beach too so it's a warm up. :) The beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels, lots of room, and amazing views! My kids wanted to stay forever. In fact when we got to our next destination, they wanted to come back to this one! You won't go wrong staying at this wonderful place!

This is a beautiful spot! Home and layout was wonderful and spacious with the added parking and side yard plus the wrap around deck top and bottom. Large windows and sliding glass doors to bring in that fabulous ocean air. Comfy beds and huge sectional to sink into & snuggle while watching a movie on the big tv. Large table to play games on and laugh for hours! View was amazing in the morning sipping coffee, during the day after taking in the Aquarium just down the road, and capturing the sunset with our phones!! Awesome place!! We hope to come back again soon! Thank you!! And thank you for allowing dogs! Kiwi loved it too!!

Fabulous home for friends getaway

This home is so beautifully decorated, with well-stocked kitchen and bath. Every pot, pan, dish, and utensil you’ll need! Two Keurig: one upstairs, one downstairs. Downstairs kitchenette a huge plus! Beds were incredibly comfy. Only request: please add salt and pepper shakers! Lots of little salt packets, but no pepper. We will return here. Great space separation for friends or couples sharing a place. Very clean bathrooms. We loved it all. Phenomenal ocean view, felt very private too.

Amazing Views!

We absolutely loved our stay here in Oregon and the house is just beautiful. Spectacular views and sunsets. Great afternoon spent exploring the lighthouse in Newport and Agate beach. The beach at the house was beautiful as well. The house has everything you need and more. Beds were beyond comfortable and the big couch was incredible! More than enough room for all 5 of us to spread out on! Eating breakfast and playing games at the large table with ocean views was perfection! Will def come here again if we make it back to Oregon!! Also can’t forget our 4-legged,furry greeter,Sailor! The absolute friendliest and cutest little guy ever!! Owners were also very nice and helpful and house was very clean!
