「The room was in great condition. The staff was all friendly and helpful. For us, the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel as far what they offered and their staff kept it well stocked and cleaned up (because guests do not know how to simply clean up when serving themselves). We thought the Fairfield in Southport, NC did a great job overall and we enjoyed our stay. The only draw back to us was the parking lot was on the smaller side.」

「We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. 「The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was clean as well and the view was amazing! Breakfast at the hotel was very good with lots of variety including hot items. The staff kept things stocked and were helpful if anything was needed. The hotel was a bit pricey overall but I guess it's worth the price considering the location, cleanliness and amenities. 「All the staff from the beginning to the end of our staff were very friendly and eager to help in any situation. The property overall was clean. There is some rust along some of the metal framing but I guess that's to be expected in the beach environment. I personally did not take advantage of the gym or arcade room but both looked decently spacious. The pools are of good size. We spent plenty of time here. Beach access was nice! My only complaint is the amount of noise. The doors slam very hard...
