「The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said...
