“My stay did not fully meet my expectations. During check-in and two interactions with the same front desk clerk, I felt the service could have been more welcoming and courteous when answering simple questions.
The room could also benefit from better maintenance and cleaning, as the carpet had a tear and felt sticky. Housekeeping service was not provided during my stay, although the overnight clerk was very kind and helpful in providing fresh towels. I also noticed unpleasant odors in the……

It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. To be honest, there were too many people staying in Midtown for a few days. The distance here is just right and it's very convenient to go to various attractions! The hotel staff are also very nice! Thanks!
