“The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. ”

“My wife and I had a great experience. From the time we arrived and found a parking space for our car, until the time we drove out was amazing. Staff were courteous, friendly and very efficient. Food was fabulous. Room was well laid out, stocked and comfortable. Our stay at the Mermaid Inn enhanced our visit to beautiful Rye. Thank you.”

“This is not just a hotel, it is a Maritime Club, with special offers and support for Navel personnel... The building and rooms are currently undergoing refurbishment and I will hopefully be back to see it when it is finished. Wonderful staff, qwerky and delightful, great clean accessable room...
