「The motel exterior looks run down and could use some updating. The check in office if old, cluttered and messy. Not very appealing. That said, the room was updated, clean and nicely appointed. The carpeting was new, tables and trim around the room were new. There was updated outlets by bed and near TV, which is always a plus. The room had had a new fridge and microwave, and updated TV, with a large selection of channels. The location is amazing, a block from lovely neighborhoods and parks, as...

「I needed this room for a one night stay, so the price was right. Room needs updates, shower was lukewarm, and the drain did not drain well. Our room had an odor, and the smell was tolerable」

「Place is very noisy, especially at night when your long-term tenants are out and about. The stairway smell like urine and feces. The garbage was overfilled and the hallways smelled of marijuana. The bed was comfortable and the staff cleaned the room every day. There were people just sitting in their cars with the cars, running at all hours of the night tents in the adjacent properties. The hotel is very old and in need ofmaintenance.」

There were cigarette trash sitting in the chair. Cracks in the ceiling in the wall cobwebs in the corner will not be visiting this property again.」

「No room available, didn’t honor room confirmation through Expedia even though called 3 weeks and morning of to confirm everything and was told yes. Keep in mind this was scheduled months ahead due to traveling long distance.」

「Check in was good and easy, but the shower in our room was a nightmare. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold and the pressure was not much more than a slow drip. The pillows could also have some more fluff, for my preference.」
