「We booked the cottage for our son's graduation weekend at Deerfield Academy. It was clean, well-appointed, and close to the school. We had everything we needed and more. The fridge was stocked with snacks and breakfast items. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The pullout was perfect for our son who was with us. It is a beautiful property and gracious owners. Thank you so much! Hope to be back for our next graduation weekend.」

「Wonderful place to stay, had a great time lots of instruments to try, had lots of space to spread out and hangout, the hot tub was very nice and clean. Overall had a fantastic stay the lighted walkway is amazing! All the amenities available where also great, Jon was a great host and we had a great time speaking with him!」

「We were delighted with our rental house that was tastefully put together, beautiful hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms and baths each on separate floors for more privacy for everyone. 「This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. 「This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. 「The hotel is about 15 minutes drive to UMass which is acceptable. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable. The only thing to mention is the AC - heat was not working well and stop automatically after 10 minutes run. The front desk was kind and the overall experience was fine and we will consider to be back if we visit UMass again.」
