Great place, Great views, Great location

Hot tub is placed perfectly to view the mountains and then gaze at the stars when the sun goes down. House is perfect for our guys trip snowboarding. Will definitely be back.

This home is just perfect!!

We loved everything about this house except perhaps the master bedroom bed. If you love a firm mattress you’ll love it but we like a bit more give to our bed. Otherwise the place is amazing. Everything you could need is available. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. We had plenty of towels and the little toiletries were a nice touch. It was an easy drive to Wolf Creek where our teens skied the day away. My husband and I relaxed and felt very rested when we returned home. In the evening after the kids skied they loved the corn hole game in the sun room and the hot tub!! Such a great and comfortable home. I can’t say enough good things about it!!

Hot tub was flaky

Terrific place. Except the primary reason we choose it for our family Christmas was the private hot tub. When we arrived and itnwasnt working, I called Vacasa to learn it was a known issue waiting for a part to repair. I was able to get the terrific local maintenance guy out twice to reset it, but we could only use it 25% of the times we tried, it was too cold the other times. A real bummer, I could have booked other places much less expensive

Husband’s Birthday with Grandchildren

The Trout Hunter feels like our home in South Fork. This was our third time to stay here and was to celebrate my husband’s birthday with one of our grandsons, his wife and our 2 year old great granddaughter. It is a beautiful property, beautifully furnished, with top of the line kitchen with everything you need!

Wonderful rental property!

We thorough enjoyed Trout hunter cabin. Location was perfect and the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. The cabin was beautiful and had all amenities that one would need. The only negative remark I have is there were a few areas that cleaning company missed. Otherwise I fully recommend this property and plan to return.

Very nice place

Overall impression is that the property is very nice and as advertised. couple of minor things like doors sticking/rubbing on floors, rug in kitchen area taped down but loose in one corner causing a tripping hazard. these are minor issues but would like for owners to be aware of them
