「Not the prettiest entrance and hallways, but nice, spacious rooms and very clean. I was greeted by a young man who instantly recognized I needed some well needed rest, so he let me check in a lot earlier than normal check-in time. Loredana from housekeeping was a gem 😊 Always smiling and offering me help. In general, the few aesthetic flaws are easily compensated by great service and room cleanliness. "It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed. "
