  • The home is freshly painted inside, new furniture, newly decorated and practically brand new inside.

    The home sits on one acre of land; with only a ten minute walk to the heart of downtown South Haven. The home is very spacious with 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths and over 3600 sq ft. Three bedrooms are master suites with king size beds and private full baths, providing lots of privacy.

    If you are looking for a wonderful yard with a heated private pool, grill, large patio, fire pit and lots of space, this home works perfectly. Hope we help create amazing family memories with all the amenities this home offers!

Great stay for a group of adults!

We had 5 couples (all family) stay and there was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together but still have their own sleeping/bathroom space.

Yearly trip with family, we chose South Haven , Mi and we are so glad we did. The house was perfect, we had 4 families (8 adults and 6 children , ranging from 10 yrs to 5 months old). and the house accommodated us all perfectly.

Family Get Together

Property was clean and plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. The heated pool was a big hit and were able to use although the outside temperature was 65 degrees. Close to town and Lake Michigan. Great stay, would highly recommend!

We had a great stay! Very spacious clean home. Everyone had their own bathroom which was so nice. Kids loved the pool! 5 min drive to town/beach. Host was great to work with too.

The house was clean upon arrival which is always noted and appreciated. Bob answered a couple of questions we had very rapidly. Pool area was beautiful and perfect to have available for the younger kids. The fire pit is a nice addition as were the pool floats in the garage.

What a great house!

We were super happy with the property! Everyone had their own bedroom area which allowed respite for our big group! The pool was perfect for our kiddos, and the kitchen was well appointed for making family meals. The location is basically perfect - a less than 5 minute drive to everything you'd want to see.

Perfect for Family Vacation!

This house was perfect for our large family vacation. Very clean and the host was extremely accommodating. The heated pool was a wonderful amenity to have, especially with kids. It was in a great location that made beach and downtown access easy. Would highly recommend!

Great house and location

I went up with a group of friends for a golf trip, and the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool was fantastic, great outdoor space with the fire pit, and plenty of bed space. The walk to town was easy, and Bob made the check-in and check-out easy. I’m looking forward to returning!

This was a perfect location for 11 family members. The house was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of seating inside and out. The heated pool, fire pit and spacious rooms made for a perfect setting to keep adults and toddlers entertained throughout the week. There was plenty of privacy for those having to check-in at work. While we drove to the beaches, some adults walked downtown for exercise or entertainment. Communications with the host and check-in were flawless. We are already planning our vacay next year.

What a fantastic house to spend a 4 day weekend. The weather was wonderful as well as the beautiful pool. It was convenient to the beach and kid's park. It had everything we could have needed and more. We will definitely come back.

Relaxing Visit to Lovely South Haven Home

The house is a large, well-maintained property with a terrific, heated pool and a full-stocked kitchen. Our extended family enjoyed our week-long stay. The location is a short drive to the beach and downtown, but not quite as close as we anticipated. Overall, a terrific Lake Michigan rental.
