Beautiful Pool and Lake View

This special studio condo is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walkable to downtown for shopping and great restaurants. Yet right here on Lake Michigan on our private association beach. Plenty of room to enjoy the lake or hang out in our very large pool and community desk. This property is on the third floor. There are no elevators in the building but the staircases have landings to make the trip easier. Being on the top floor the unit is quieter than most and the views or the best.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the association property, including beach buildings, patio, parking lot and of course your condo. If you or anyone in your party does smoke, this breaks our lease agreement and you`ll be asked to leave the property immediately.

If you bring additional guests on property who have not been registered and which are not part of the original number in your reservation, they will be asked to leave immediately, and we will consider asking you to leave as well.
