This house is perfect- it is so spacious and comfortable. It is the perfect distance from downtown South haven- it is less than a 5 minute walk. Richard was very attentive and welcoming! The house had everything we needed and was wonderful!

This home is ideal for a multi-generation family. My husband and I, our son and his two children, a nephew, and my sister stayed here for a week. We had plenty of room for the seven of us. This is a lovely property. The house is very clean and well maintained and the kitchen is well equipped. It is a short walk to the downtown, Farmer's Market and the South Pier Lighthouse. Several times we sat on the front porch in the wonderful rockers visiting. The traffic on the weekend on Phoenix street can be heavy, but in the house noise was not an issue. The owner was quick to respond when I had questions. This is the second time we have stayed at 756 Phoenix Street and hope to come back again next year.
