“I am so impressed by the service of tge staff. They are all super helpful. The place is nice though tge room is a bit small. What else can you expect with such reasonable price in the centre of London. We will definitely come back in our next stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at 54 Queen’s Gate. The hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff were so warm and welcoming — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was elegant and spotless, with a crib already set up for our young son, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great for our whole family, and the location is perfect — close to the gardens, museums, and great dining options. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Ricky’s place is a great place to stay, it is cozy, comfortable very clean and furnished with everything one needs for a home away from home. Ricky gave us detailed instructions which made it easy to find the flat and how to get in once inside the guest book was another detailed piece which helped us find restaurants, instructions for how to use the stove, washing machine, recycling.and so on. “1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。 2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓： 极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。 而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。 3、行～～优越的地理位置： 出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。 安全：就在使馆云集的区域。 下次来伦敦首选还是住这里～”

“The property wasn't available but they took the booking anyway. Also, didn't bother to inform us. We called them to check right before we were due to check-in and found out there is no place for us. We had to scramble to find another place at the very last minute. Hotels.com was not very helpful either. We are Gold members. Not sure, how hotels.com treats other members or may be gold membership doesn't mean anything to them.”
