The home is beautifully crafted and setup, including a large great room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with gas range and wine cooler, loft with foosball table, dining room and kitchen eating areas, two ensuite bathrooms, jetted soaking tub, easy entry (2 stairs) with a bedroom and a full bathroom on the entry level, 2 bedroom patio access, 8 beds including a 2 sets of bunk beds, 3 full bathrooms and one half bath, private hot tub in the back, an EV charger for your car, and plenty of seating for lounging or enjoying a meal after a fun day in Tahoe.

Great location, in a quiet Tahoe neighborhood, on a large lot. Access miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking less than 1/4 mile from the home.

Only 8 miles to Heavenly Village and the casinos, and about 6 miles to the lake. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, beaches, ski resorts, casinos, and practically all of South Lake Tahoe, within a 5 - 10 mile drive.

The home is allowed up to 8 guests, plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and younger (for a total of 15 with the additional kids 5 years old and younger included), making this a perfect destination home for family groups, corporate retreats, and more. Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Full over full bunk bed, twin / twin bunk bed, and balcony access

There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, with sheets and blankets for an additional sleeping area if needed.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
*No more than 8 guests plus up to 5 additional children 5 years old and younger are allowed in the home, at any time.
*Per the local El Dorado County ordinance, noise must be kept respectful at all times, especially between the 10pm and 8am quiet period.
*El Dorado County does not allow hot tub use between 10pm and 8am
*4 vehicles allowed - please reach out to us if you have more than 4 vehicles and need help with parking.
*Please put trash in bear box
*Driveway, and door have camera for security. NoiseAware sensor exists inside home and outside patio to monitor decibel noise levels (nothing discernible). Learn more about this system by visiting Noise Aware's website.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
