We were right in the middle of heavenly village and able to enjoy multiple restaurants, live music, and family activities all without having to load the kids up in a car. The room overlooked the pool which was nice as well. 「This unit was recently renovated. The brand new foam mattress of the sofa bed is super comfortable. The Van Sickle State Park is right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay - hiking in the morning, hanging out at the pool in the afternoon and playing some table games at Harrah’s next door in the evening. A perfect vacation. Areas of the property have had recent renovations since last year. We keep coming back to the Ridge as it is our home away from home. 「You cannot get closer to the gondola loading. That was amazing. But beware, fresh snow comes with storms. Storms come with winds. Winds put the gondola at Heavenly on hold...A LOT. We were there for 6 days and every day the Gondola was on hold, either partially or closed the entire day. A bit of a bummer for how awesome the location is to that lift. The only options are to go to the California Lodge or Nevada side (Stagecoach/Boulder). Shuttle, Uber or your own car if you have one. Aside...

「Unit was fine. Very drafty. Salt all over areas that were covered so would end up in unit and all over gear. Biggest issues was hot tubs were not maintained. Called 3 x. Nothing done. Murky nasty water bound to get people sick. I have pictures.」

「everything very old，and according to our reservation，they should charge our property fee for $114 for two rooms and two nights，but they charged us $134，we have nowhere to go to find any staff to make adjustment as all checking has to be done by machine，do not recommend.」
