Broken windows , broken terrace , no island view, no lock on balcony door in room , no drinks,no food besides breakfast that is eggs , chicken hot dog and bread . The food menu they give you and then tell you they don’t have it . They advertise free shuttle but then ask you to pay for it and taxes each night on arrival . Then they asked again on departure and finally did take me to airport free after a struggle with management . The roof……

“When I arrived at the property. The television was broken. I was not informed that it was broken before my arrival nornwas I informed the sla was under maintenance. After informing the manager she said there was nothing she can do about the broken TV. She informed her boss and he even said there was nothing they can do.
