"I love the new improvements to the inside and out of the property. The staff were great very nice and helpful it was like being home away from home Angie, Jennifer, Amy and Michael were great at the desk oh and Jessica too . It's the only hotel I'll stay at in Myrtle Beach stayed there many times"

"Room felt dusty, permanent spots & dirt on walls & floor, didn’t feel safe sitting on balcony, didn’t deel safe eating from dishes/utensils in room, bathroom was super small, gave motel vibes with an ocean view. Overall, would never book again. Property gives the option of $40 insurance that you don’t get back or $250 deposit that you’ll get back if there’s no incidentals. The property is already run down, I should’ve got a discount for that"

"The room was beyond what I expected, it was perfect for our vacation. The pools were wonderful and being right on the beach was amazing. A+ for having everything my family and I needed right there. The only thing were the parking spaces in the garage were a little tight.. next time I book i will use the extra space across the street for sure but other than that it was great!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE, save your money!! Where do i start? I had to pay an additional $100 for a “security deposit” obtaining to a plus one under 25yo, was not told until CHECKIN TIME!! Theres no elevator for the three tier parking garage! The kiddy pool was green, photos are not updated or true of what this place looks like!! This is like an oceanfront motel! The first room had water all over the floor and ceiling,and what appeared to be black mold on the bathroom mirror. Apparently the room had been ready for me when I called 2 hours earlier before check in. The elevator floor was coming up, that was scary. The balcony on each side wall had cracks near the floor leading to the room, looked like it had been patched up multiple times. Towels STAINED! Just DISGUSTING! Do not stay here!"

"This is a great place to stay at Myrtle Beach. Our suite was clean very and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean! The bathroom was nice and clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Anything you could need. It was in the room. The staff was wonderful; very friendly. would stay there again. The Millers"

"Had a wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely helpful. The lobby was clean and smelled amazing! They have two nice sized pools and a hot tub that my kids couldn’t stay out of. Our room was very comfortable! They provided enough dishes for four people with pots/pans and utensils to cook with. The bedding and towels looked brand new! We had a room with a view of the ocean, it was so nice to sit there with the breeze coming in and not smell cigarette smoke! I love that the rooms AND balconies are non smoking! They had ample parking in front of the hotel with an overflow lot across the street, the room was clean and bug free, the pools were crystal clear and was comfortable enough we could’ve easily stayed another week. The only suggestion I have is if you’re weird like me and don’t like your wash rags to hang from the showers curtain rod or laying them where you sit your soaps I would bring a suction cup hook."
