「Overall, the stay was excellent. I was in an ADA, dog friendly room. Spacious, bright and comfortable. Staffwas friendlyand helpful. Im in my late 70s and the sliding glass door was a bit challenging to open and close. The ADA shower stall could have used a better cleaning.」

「"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 「The staff were wonderful. The location was beautiful and the cabin was super cute.
We had an issue with one of our heaters but it was fixed right away. I would definitely recommend.」
