「Quiet, clean and cozy little apartment. The bed was comfortable, kitchen has all we needed. 」

「Love the pools and how close it is to everything , it’s literally in the center of the cape so even a ride to Provincetown is only a little over a hour, the room was big with two bathrooms, air conditioning worked great nice little barbecue area with basketball court and playground and the front desk had no problem helping with anything we will continue to make this a every summer destination for years to come 」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the July 4th week. We stayed in a one bedroom on the second floor. The one bedroom’s have a living room / kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The kitchen area includes a large dining table, an apartment size refrigerator/freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the kitchen plates, bowls, utensils. 「The house check-in process was very smooth and straightforward. The inside was freshly cleaned and painted with great Cape colors. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party. The home has kept the old charm from being a nearly 200 yr old home but cleaned up with modern touches. 」

「This condo was perfect. The property had a lovely private beach with additional amenities like umbrellas available and sand chairs for the beach. It was clean and had plenty of parking. We loved going out in the morning and at night additionally to just relax and sit by the beach and sip coffee or read. Additionally- its location is kinda of in the middle of everything- 20 minutes to Chatham/Yarmouth etc. and plenty nearby to do. Go to Wolfies bakery- not to be missed! 」

「Beautiful property with sparkling pool and hot tub, convenient to restaurants and beaches. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Owners on property, charming and helpful. 」

「We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. 」

「We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!」

「Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!」
