Fantastic home

We had so much room, family of 5 and a cousin came and stayed. The views from the room were amazing. I think the most difficult was parking when we got there, however once that was figured out it was good! The walk to the beach isn't too bad either. Definitely would stay there again.

We loved the location, layout of the condo (great with kids), and the view. Unfortunately we had issues with cleanliness and the water being shut off one evening with a total lack of communication with the property management team at Vacasa.

Double Birthday Trip 2024

This Condo was everything!!! The location, view, amenities were perfect!!! Very clean and comfortable!!! 4 adults and we had plenty of room to move around!!! Please don’t bring a lot of cookware, every pot plate skillet coffee pot silverware you can think of is there!!!! Seriously! We travel from Houston and it was well worth the trip and more!!! Guests service was amazing checking to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

From making the reservation, to check out time, this VRBO experience was delightful. The communication with staff while on property was excellent. A few questions came up and I could text and got immediate responses. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable having the balconies on the gulf and the bayside were fantastic. Beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I also appreciated the Vrbo staff sending me an article regarding the current situation with tar on the beach. I was not familiar with anything like that, and I appreciated their effort to let me know exactly what was going on. I’m hoping to stay here again.

Great stay!

The place was so clean! Layout is wonderful, love the views from every room. Kitchen well equipped, patio overlooking the water was so amazing to sit on. Walk to the beach is minimal, and the pools were great. Would definitely stay here again, especially this condo.

July 4 beach visit

The condo was great parking was a little difficult but we worked it out. We had a great view of the gulf from the patio and when it was time for fireworks the bedroom patio was great place to sit and enjoy the view of the fireworks in the bay.

Great comfortable accomodations

We had a wonderful view of the ocean from living/kitchen area on second floor. On the first level, you can sit and enjoy bay view from the bedroom patio . Say for hours on Sunday night watching traffic leave the island. Lots of towels and well equipped kitchen. Don't bring too many groceries, because you have to carry groceries upstairs to kitchen. Had fun and air conditioning and ceiling fans worked well.

Great getaway place!

The cozy condo gave us everything we needed! One parking pass included. We were about to get Additional parking for other vehicles at the hotels for an additional cost. Each bedroom has a private bathroom on the first floor. Convenient mini fridge on the first floor by the door for essentials on the go. Upstairs gave us a stacked washer dryer, restroom, 2 Murphy beds, comfy couch, recliner and swivels chairs for the living room. Kitchen is tight but meets all your needs! Balcony had awesome lounge area and has a great view of the pool and beach! At night, we got a great view of bayside fireworks from local businesses and an AMAZING view of the Queen Isabella Causeway! Overall, a great place to call home during your vacation at SPI!

Condo is spacious and has great views from the bedrooms and living/kitchen area. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the ocean view. Short walk to the beach and has a nice public pool and hot tub if you want that

South Padre Vacation

We stayed at this property for 8 nights, it was nothing but short of amazing! Even little things from board games, binoculars to use from the balcony, beautiful decorations, plenty of bedding. This is the first time myself and family stayed at a VRBO and it was a delightful experience. The view from the balcony off the living room is amazing! Both bedrooms have a small balcony overlooking the main strip of South Padre Island. Everything for the kitchen is there that you may need. Only thing you will need to bring extra of is toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for a 13 gallon trash can, as there was just 2 rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags to use. Also bring laundry detergent, laundry softener and dryer sheets. Beach access is great! This condo is in a gated area which makes you feel safer, they also have security guards around 24/7. If you are looking for a great experience this is the condo for you! My family is definitely pleased with this property!

Absolutely one of the Greatest!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The condo was the cleanest properties I've EVER stayed in!! My Aunt and I went through to do our own cleaning with Clorox wipes, and not one speech of dirt could be found anywhere!! We were greeted once we checked in, which hardly every happens! Everything was as advertised! The view was stunningly beautiful and the furniture was beach side perfect!! I'm already planning our next getaway!!

Perfect Place

My family and I have been staying at this condo for many years. It is always clean and fresh! I like that the bedrooms are on the first floor. The upstairs has a perfect set up. The living room and kitchen is open allowing for family time. The view is beautiful from each floor, which includes bayside and ocean side. The condo also has a nice pool area. Looking forward to next year already!

Best SPI Views!

Beautiful views, morning, day, and evening, you can’t beat the views from this unit. Rooms on the first floor, laguna side with room darkening curtains. Second floor is the main area with kitchen dining and living room. This floor has floor to ceilings facing the beach, unobstructed views!
