Property was amazing. Property was clean and everything from the furniture to the appliances looked to be well maintained and fully functional. Had everything we could possibly need to cook for our group (stove/oven plus pots/pans and utensils all of decent quality). Property sits half a block from the beach entrance making it easy to pop back to the property for lunch/supplies.This was our 5th annual beach trip to South Padre, and was by far the best property we have stayed at so far. Will be attempting to book this property for next years trip!

Summer Vacation Fun!!!

The property was spacious. The pool and balconies were great. The walk to the beach was manageable, and the upstairs living room and open concept kitchen kept the fun seamless. Each bedroom had a door out to the top balcony. The property was summer fun.

Very nice house! I’d buy this property if it was for sale!

This is a very nice, spacious house with all the amenities I could want. It was perfect for our group. The grounds are perfect. The pool is great. We had an excellent time and look forward to returning soon.

Family Beach Vacation!

Capricorn Villa was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were very big and roomy. Close walk to beach. We enjoyed the pool. My only complaint is there wasn't any pot holders, but there are now I got some and left them in the drawer by the oven. We would stay at this house again.
