Roaches

Horrible roach infestation inside all 4 units. Dirty stained pillows. The whole building needs a lot of maintenance. Disappointed with customer service.

the property needs a lot of maintenance and upgrades. There was a big roach infestation in the whole building. Roaches were coming out of sofas, kitchen appliances and everywhere. the building inside had a horrible and super strong smell. the yard was not clean at all. It had overgrown weeds everywhere. Door passcodes were provided to us to open the building doors and they didn't work. we had to call Vacasa for help and the service provided was horrible. They told us to wait for someone to get there to open the doors for us. we asked how long that would take and they said it could take hours. the building has door lock system that doesn't work very well. I sent photographs to Vacasa as proof of how disgusting the place was and they didn't really seemed to care. Overall it was a horrible stay. We were a family of 20 people and were very disappointed of the stay. the place did not looked clean and nice like the advertised photos. We had a terrible experience in that house and would definitely not recommend this property to anyone.

Rented all 4 units, plenty of space/rooms fir everyone. Walking distance to beach! Beds need to be updated, not comfortable at all. Private pool was very nice. Grocery store within 3 minutes as well as other shops. It was a fun family vacation!

Loved it!

We loved this property! recommend it for large groups/multiple families. We were 4 families and I loved that each family had their own unit/apartment! The beach is a minute or 2 walking distance! You can also see the beach from the balcony! The pool was amazing!Will definitely be coming back!

So much room

This house is so perfect for families or friends trying to get together but have there own space.All the homes were clean and loves that everything was white and recieved a little welcome pouch. We enjoyed ourselves only complaint would be the beds not being super comfortable but who needs sleep when your on vacation..

Perfect place to gather.

We loved these Condos. We were able to rent all four so our families had their own space yet we were close by. We enjoyed the backyard space for grilling and the pool was perfect fun for all. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach and full kitchen made it feel like home. Great place to make lasting memories.
