Nice Place - Would stay again.

Great place for the money. Location to beach was optimal, about a 4-5 minute leisurely walk to the water. It was clean and insect free. Everything worked well, beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure.

Great place in South Padre

The location was perfect - walking distance to the beach, walking distance to the main grocery store on the island, plus several restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. Beds were comfortable and the condo had nice amenities.

The beach is so close. Amazing area for walking. Centrally located with easy access to restaurants and groceries.

The house was very clean and stocked with almost all necessities, such as towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Super close to the public beach access, and the owner was very responsive. Only thing that can be improved is there should be more essentials provided, such as cooking oil, toothpaste, bar soap, etc. Everything else was good!

Vrbo charged me a fee of 94$, no where on my rental agreement could I see they were charging me a 94$ fee until I got my cc statement ,I think is a very poor business policy & and I'm going to dispute Charge
