It is not a great first impression as there are empty storefronts in the building, and there was a bike parked right in the way when we first walked in the front door. BUT, it is a very good value. We visited our son for Parent's Weekend at MTU and did not want to pay the high hotel prices. This property is clean and had what we needed.
