Circus Circus Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination

"We had a nice stay and had everything we needed, except for maybe a microwave in the room. That would be a nice amenity to have, simply to warm up leftovers that we take back to our room from the restaurants. The main building has dated rooms, but they were clean. If we return, we would like to stay in sky tower to see if the rooms are more updated/modern. The arcade is fantastic and was a great way to keep our kiddos entertained!! We had a great time in Reno and the staff at circus circus were very friendly and accommodating."

"I’ll always stay in the main tower, but this time I stayed on the northside tower and it’s not good at all. had a weird fragrance smell. The floor is squeaky all the time you can hear everything from the neighbors way too far from the casino floor hard to get to it. I don’t recommend staying on the north side tower."

"The room was absolutely spotless, with every corner nicely arranged, creating such a warm and inviting vibe. The staff was super friendly and always ready to lend a hand, which made my stay even better! As for the casino, it still has that same fun atmosphere and familiar layout that I loved from my last visit, buzzing with vibrant lights and the exciting sounds of spinning slot machines."

"The property was well maintained, and there were some nice fire pits where groups could spend time talking, play games and even cook out on a grill. The rooms were average but nice and clean. The main issue was that the poor lady working late was all by herself left to clean, prep for morning, and manage property and guests who were checking in late. This created issues where guests didn’t have towels. We got there around 10:00-10:30 pm from a long day of traveling to a sign that said we are out of the office and will return shortly. We waited 10min before calling the hotel number which just rang and rang and eventually disconnected. I called their reservation department who were of absolutely no help what so-ever. They just told me that I would have to wait until someone came to the front desk. So, we were not able to check in. We waited for 30-40 min before another guest finally knocked on the kitchen door. The night person answered as if they did not know what was going on. She came out and gave people towels. Upon asking if she could help me, I indicated I had been waiting for over 20min for someone (it was mot like 35-40min). She seemed irritated at me and said there was no way I was waiting 20 min. Here’s a tip. Don’t argue with guests. Regardless, I suggested that they needed to hire more staff. She said to take it up with management. Let’s just say they need education on hospitality. We were very dissatisfied and won’t stay at these properties again."
