"Or stay was wonderful. Upon our arrival, the hotel upgraded our room which was a pleasant surprise. We had a patio with a view of the pool. The oils are heated, a great plus for the kids. Only thing that was disappointing was Cafe Milano. The food was awful. We spent $140 on 3 meals and a kids meal. My husband got the ribeye and didn’t eat it, said the load baked potatoes was good. I got the chicken fried steak and it was so tough I couldn’t chew it. It was our only options as the other places we tried need reservation and were full. We will definitely stay there the Peppermill again and be sure to get reservations early on."

"What a treat, we really enjoyed this property. It was well appointed and very quiet. Close to many dining, shopping and entertainment options. The breakfast offered had all the options we could have wanted. If any note to management, I would say that you're doing great; and could you please upgrade your bathroom tissue to a product more in keeping with the high end vibe of the property? A small item in a stellar visit! We will definitely stay here again!"

"This place was awesome! We came to Reno to visit my brother and had our eight month old baby with us. We wanted a place that was walkable and quiet and that’s exactly what we got with this property.The check-in process was very easy and the house was clearly professionally cleaned, which is always nice when you have a baby that is hanging out on the floor. There were plenty of extra towels and pillows and the essentials that we needed in the kitchen. The Internet was also super fast and when I initially had issues connecting, it was easy to get in touch with the host.The only issue that arose was that the air-conditioning was not working in the morning and the host sent out a Property Manager within 30 minutes and he fixed the issue.It was also very nice to be able to take just a few steps out to the 2 mile walking path around the lake! Everything you need is right there including a target and a nice small to walk around."
