That is how we were welcomed and it is such a terrible way to welcome somebody who’s going to be your guest. There was no water in the fridge or even in the kitchen area that we could use. A single touch is required to wake the pad before entering the code; entering it directly triggered multiple failed attempts and locked us out.……
