- Altona Garden Retreat is a beautiful quiet and relaxing property situated at Spreyton 10 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania berth, 10 minutes from Devonport CBD, 15 minutes from the airport and 70 km. from Cradle Mountain. Being in the centre of the North Coast of Tasmania makes " Altona Garden Retreat " is also an excellent base for the many attractions on offer.
The Garden:
Nestled in a secluded private three acre native garden at South Spreyton, Altona Garden Retreat is surrounded by huge eucalyptus trees, native shrubs as well as a range of conifers and deciduous shrubs.
Altona Garden Retreat is a self contained two bedroom unit.
Furnished with a Queen size bed, a double and single bunk. Spacious living and kitchen area, bathroom with a walk in shower. All utensils and bedding is supplied, all you need is your food. Ample parking for a boat, horse float or even trucks, a secure paddock for horses.
The Unit:
Located among the 3 acres of garden in a private and peaceful area. Your hosts Fay and Colin Stephenson live at the property and are close at hand for check in and to answer any questions you may have. The accommodation is a modern, warm and comfortable self contained unit suitable to accommodate up to 5 people. Situated close to all amenities and tourist attractions for this region.
