「Wonderful place with a very nice park to walk my dog. Would have been nice if they had dog trash and bags. I asked to have my room serviced twice as I travel with a service dog and they didn’t do it, so for the 3 night no one came to service my room. At reception the lady was quite rude saying she couldn’t have someone do the room at a certain time, I don’t think many people ask to have their room made between 9am - 1pm. Maid came by at 4pm and I was back in my room so they didn’t do it. It...

「The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!」
