“The whole process of being able to stay there was awful. I had emails asking me to verify my identity but no correct link sent. I was threatened with a cancellation without refund desite the fact they had not given me the opportunity to do what they asked. Having finally been sent a link I verified and arrived to be told this was very common. At the property Fire Doors were constantly janmed open.”

“Pristine property, had all the required facilities, very comfortable and host was very friendly and helpful.”

“Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. ”

“Clean & comforts, but there’s no table which even can’t have a simple breakfast. Have 2 sofa which are no use for us. It’s better to have a table & storage drawer.”

“Great location on the Quayside, very quiet. Perfect cozy apartment for 2 for the week. Host was responsive while we were there. ”

“Me and my 2 friends booked this holiday for 3 nights for a festival called Lost minds. We were wary at first as it’s a shared apartment with other people. Long story short we ended up booking and had absolutely no issue with the area or the people who was staying in the apartment. It’s round about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre & it’s easy accessible to get an uber also. We will definitely be booking when we come back to Newcastle. Only thing we never liked was NO TV & shared bathroom……

“The property was perfect for our needs and made our stay in Newcastle very comfortable.The house was immaculate and stylish, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was adequately stocked, with all of the utensils & cooking equipment we needed for our stay.The host was friendly and even put up a little Christmas tree and some decorations, which I wasn’t expecting but I did appreciate.The location was great, lots of shops and amenities within a couple of minutes walking distance. Parking was not……
