「We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We loved the location and the convenience of having the stairs so close. We were able to go down 1 flight of stairs to access the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the unit. The patio views were beautiful!」

「There was 12 of us in our family. We had plenty of room with the carriage house, we had a wonderful stay and wonderful weather also. The home is located in a great area with plenty of parking. The carriage house is an added Plus with the pool situated between the two homes. Bob was great to answer any questions in a very timely manner. We would come back again.」

「We Loved Soggy Dollar! It's so beautiful and Echelon hosts are excellent to work with. I do think it would be helpful for potential guests to know that none of the bunk rooms have doors -curtains only. There is no storage room for suitcases in the bunk rooms, or closets. or dressers or chests. Only one bunk room on the 4th floor has a separate bathroom. The other bunk rooms have no bathrooms. We had a total of 20 guests.The boys were the only ones willing to stay in the bunk rooms due to...

「If you are looking for a relaxing and overall easy vacation experience, this is the perfect property and perfect location. Arrival and departure were stress free and I knew I could reach out the owners and get a quick response at any point…luckily we didn’t have any unexpected need to do so. 「Great House! enough room for my family. lots of cooking utensils. had a few surprises with the pull out sofas with cleanliness. housekeeping should make sure there is no food, crumbs etc. furniture and mattresses can be updated mainly the front king room mattresses definitely need to be replace, they are very uncomfortable. 7 nights of uncomfortable sleep. but overall VERY NICE PROPERTY.」
