「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「Adorable hotel! So cute and well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Each floor had a little sitting area that had comfortable chairs and couches and decorated so cozy. Lots of games and puzzles to play there as well. Our room was so cute and beautifully decorated. Room had fridge and everything in it was complimentary. Also tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Our room came with complimentary breakfast, probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had! ...

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. We landed in early morning and with a check in time at 3pm, they tried their best to arrange a room for us before 1pm. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is...

「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「This was my first stay in DoubleTree Southampton and it’ll be the first on my list of places to stay when I return to the city again. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great shower in room, great food and atmosphere and breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel.」

「The bar was great. It was a little hard moving luggage up stairs to 2nd floor. The room was a little small but perfect for a short stay. Very quiet, clean, and comfortable for a night.」

「Great value and friendly staff!」
