Great accommodation and a fantastic host.

Had a fantastic stay for business. Accommodation Central to everything. Needed to work on the isle of Wight, short (20mins) to the ferry. Host was every responsive to my questions. Would consider staying again for either business or a short break.

The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors permeate the bedroom pillows and covers. The place does not provide any tea or coffee as an amenity. The shower head leaks from above. Truly a shame!

Don't stay here - better options elsewhere in city

Rude owner following the iron staining my shirt with brown liquid - refused to compensate, property too hot with non-functioning controls, less kitchen equipment than you would find in your back pocket, shower so small you touch the sides, very over priced. I stay in Southampton a lot for business and there are far better options elsewhere for a better price and a better service... Avoid this property

Great place to stay on business.

A great place to stay whilst working in Southampton on business. There are pubs, restaurants and a Sainsbury’s located in walking distance. The flat is clean and comfortable. Great rainfall shower and modern kitchen. The guests in the flat above were quite noisy which made it difficult to nod off, but this isn’t the fault of the flat. The kitchen is a great relief and means you can cook your own food instead of eating out all the time - note it’s not as fully equipped as some so you may need to improvise. The only thing that let it down was that the towels hadn’t been dried properly so had a musty smell.

My default when I am in Southampton for business

A lovely apartment. I have stayed in both upstairs and downstairs and it is now the first place that I look any time that I am in Southampton for business. There is a full kitchen which is nice and easy to use and a great overall aesthetic in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable also. The only thing of note is I do not believe there is a freezer from what I could find.

Good property in great location with full amenities. Booked through Expedia but initially didn’t hear back from property when contacted via Expedia. Once we found an alternate contact email, response was prompt.

Found the place to be very hot at night and noisy. Also everything to make a cup of tea except milk which I had expected to be available but that might have been my error.

Good location - Modern apartment.

Nice little apartment, might be a bit tight with 4 people. There is no freezer and there is a cleaning charge which isn't advertised before booking.

Great place to stay in Southampton, host really pleasant and apartment spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, and located in walking distance to most place in Southampton.

A nice clean and central place. However, additional cleaning charge was requested, which was not specified before booking. No facilities to leave luggage for the day after chrckout ( which is standard in most places).

First of all the apartment was stunning nicely layed out second the location was fantastic right next to the center just rever there is no parking we payed £9 a day at a multi story Round the corner
