「The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!」

「The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch...

「We absolutely loved this house, it was perfect for our group of 4 and just totally charming. Great backyard with a beautiful pool, such a cozy family room to watch movies. A perfect place for our stay and in such a beautiful quiet neighborhood.」

「The house is in a great location but was definitely showing some wear and tear. Things like the pool having damage around the sides, a lot of dishes/cutlery missing, broken glass from prior guests behind chairs, etc. The house could use a walk through with a handyman to fix the issues popping up with fixtures and finishes and a restock on household basics.」

「We enjoyed our stay at this house! So much that we extended our trip for a couple of days. The house was well equipped with a pool, great outdoor area, movie theater in the basement, foosball and karaoke. There were some dings (small dents) around the house but everything was clean. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. The house is located near town and the beach, a 5-10 minute drive to either. A great time overall!」

「This was by far the nicest rental property we have ever stayed at! It was clean, comfortable, and we loved how private the backyard was. We also loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom! It was a quick walk or uber into town, which had great restaurants and shopping. Michael and Julie were friendly and quick to communicate, and even left us a lovely cheese tray and waters upon or arrival. Thank you so much, for sharing your lovely home with us! 」
