"1 elevator worked. they opened the service elevator which apparently can only stop on certain floors or else it gets stuck, the lights in the rooms are so low you may as well be blind. i didnt receive checkin instructions til an hour before time ( with the wrong days listed on it) despite a text saying i would receive said instructions to precheckin 3 days in advance. the area around was so safe that not even the ihop had customers. if i thought a charge back would work i would consider it. this place was bad"

"There was a glass of white wine in our room from the prior guest, which had not been removed by housekeeping. We tried to valet park, but they told us to park ourselves and come back later and bring us there car if we wanted to valet. Why would anyone park themselves and then bring the car back later to pay them $32.00 for the service? The property is nice. The rooms are fine. It was a busy Saturday. Some of the staff seemed confused and flustered. We ordered some wine at the rooftop bar. I gave my credit card to one bar tender, and the one who delivered our glasses of wine five minutes later asked me how I intended to pay. I explained her colleague had already taken my card. It then became an experience while they figured out who had my card. "

"Our room was clean although it could use some updates. Our staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was just a quick trip to Memphis for concert. The deck was not open which was sad because we would like to observed from there. Easy to get to all shopping areas. "
