"Charged $50 to go to the room 30 minutes early. Refrigerator barely kept food chilled on max. Coffee maker was missing parts. Toilet was dirty. Valet was good. Front desk was okay except for check-in. Barely interested. Sped through the welcome message even though we were the only ones. Lookout deck and windows were closed due to weather. Should have discounted food pricing since you are paying for the view. Food was meh. I might stay again if I cant get a room at the Peabody. The Peabody has far superior service."
