「The wifi was out and the swimming pool was closed during my stay. The staff wasn't helpful or knowledgeable. I tried to speak with management, but apparently he works 9 to 5, so I was unable to catch him during my stay. I should have checked out after the first night, but I had already paid for two nights. I had to go to Starbucks to use their wifi, which was a huge inconvenience!!」

「Hyatt Place Germantown was a nice enough place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is the rooms have refrigerators but NO microwave. I was shocked because I'm used to both in a room.」
