"This tiny house was perfect for my sister in law and I. We had an event in Georgetown and this location was close and easy. There were no softball games while we were there, but if there were games it would be a very different stay as it is about 10 feet from the field. For us, it was quiet and lovely. I had booked one of the other cabins that didn't have a restroom and Pamela was WONDERFUL to work with and change us to a cabin with a restroom. I would definitely stay at this property again."

The grounds, the land, views, river, etc. were gorgeous, I can only imagine how beautiful it is during the spring and summer months. Hot tub was very clean, house was too. Awesome porches, yes two. Plenty of stuff to do around the property and inside the house itself."

"This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s graduation. We had six adults in our group and wanted to have space to hang out between events. Perfect distance from Xavier and plenty of room. I contacted the host once during our stay and he was very prompt in responding. We will try to book this one for my son’s graduation in a couple of years!"
